Joel has extensive experience in business development and change management, assisting companies across various industries such as banking, insurance, public transportation, automotive, appliances, e-commerce, manufacturing, events, medtech, and the public sector. He played a leading role in the development of new concepts, services, and brands like Västtrafik ToGo, CarPay, Rulla, and RideSafe.
Throughout his career, he has worked in sales, marketing, customer service, and software development, both in Sweden and internationally.
Co-founder of Panelista
In 2019, Joel co-founded Panelista, a startup offering a digital service for qualitative customer dialogues, now used by well-known Swedish companies.
Co-founder of Propel
After a career that included management consulting, Joel, along with Charlotta Alexén, founded Propel in 2018. The goal was to create a consulting firm driven by solving business challenges and, together with clients, fostering innovation. Propel is full of entrepreneurship, specializing in delving deep into business challenges, designing relevant and feasible strategies, and leading the development of new concepts and solutions.
